Grace Kinstler (born August 4, 2001) is a 20-year-old singer from America. She auditioned for American Idol season 19 with a song by Gladys Knight & The Pips – Midnight Train to Georgia. Impressed by her performance, Judge Luke Bryan asked her to sing another song. Kinstler then delivered an impressive ‘Natural Women’ performance by Aretha Franklin.
Since the very first audition, Grace left Judge Luke Bryan in tears. During the audition, she remembered her father, who died unexpectedly in February 2020. She also revealed that her new album is to encapsulate the journey that she’s been on since her father’s passing.
During her final performance, Grace Kinstler serenaded us with Celine Dion’s song ‘All by myself.’ She rocked the stage in a trio of flattering gowns that accentuated her curves more and left us all in awe.
Grace came third in the 19th season of the American Idol finale episode. Even though she didn’t win the title, she won many hearts. She has garnered thousands of fans during her journey on American Idol. And she even released her single ‘Breaking Myself’ on April 29, 2022.
She also released the acoustic version of ‘Breaking Myself’ on June 28, 2022. And this is my personal favorite. The lyrics of the song ‘Breaking Myself,’ as well as her vocals, make this song even more beautiful. Her raspy and influential voice demands to be heard more and more. I can’t get enough of it like so many of you.
Grace Kinstler’s body: plastic surgery or weight loss?
Since the first audition on American Idol, Grace has drawn attention to her. Whether that be her singing skills or her unrealistic hips, people cannot help but speculate if she has undergone surgery or not?
Following her American Idol journey, it can be seen that Grace sure did lose some pounds, and by the end of the show, her waist looked more snatched than it was before.

It could be because of her dedication to a healthy lifestyle. She could also have decided to bring changes in her habit and lose weight according to her preference.
However, whether Kinstler loses weight from her waist or her stomach is unclear. It can be seen on the show that her hips went down in size. Kinstler has never talked publicly about her body. She appears to be very confident, and the confidence and radiance reflected in her dressing style are astronomical.

Liposuction or Lymphedema?
Grace drew attention to her because of her hips, which are slightly larger than average. She has become a subject of concern because of her body type, i.e., tiny waist and unrealistic hip. From her first audition to now, we can see changes in her weight. Though the proportion of her body is still similar, it is pretty clear that she sure has lost some weight.
Since her waist is so thin, many speculate it might result from liposuction. This cosmetic procedure is relatively standard and removes extra fat from the belly, buttocks, thighs, and knees.

There is no concrete evidence but only speculations about Grace going through plastic surgery since she seems to have lost a lot of weight in a small amount of time. But nothing is confirmed yet. As we do not know how much weight exactly Kinstler has lost. Although she is active on social media, there’s a limit to what and how much she shares. This includes medical issues she might have and everything, including her body and weight.
Some fans suspect that Kinstler might have Lymphedema. It is a medical condition in which excess lymph fluid collects in tissues and causes swelling.

But it is pretty convincing that Kinstler shed some weight if we compare her before and after photos. But she has not talked about all these issues circulating online.

Grace Kinstler is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She is the youngest child of Sherry and Mitch Kinstler and has two brothers. She lost her father unexpectedly in 2020 due to a gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
