From 203 lbs to 179 lbs: Tyler Baltierra weight loss journey in detail!
Teen Mom star Tyler Baltierra is all pumped up about his body transformation.
The father of four flaunted his accomplishments on Instagram, showing how much weight he’d lost to reach his muscle-building objective.
Baltierra started bulking earlier this year, and in March, when he hit his target weight of 203 pounds, he began the reduction phase.
On August 11, Baltierra uploaded two shirtless pictures to Instagram that displayed his transformation during the “cutting season.”

He acknowledged his success and listed his goal for the four months between the end of March and the beginning of August in the caption.
“OFFICIALLY DONE with this cut & I managed to drop 24 POUNDS while maintaining the strength I built while I was gaining! I’m pretty happy with the results. It makes me even more pumped to see how the next cut goes after I’m done bulking again!”

According to Baltierra, the initial photograph was shot at the end of March, when he weighed 203 lbs. In the subsequent shot, he weighed 179 pounds, which was snapped more recently.
He frequently posted updates on his exercise and health regimen on his Instagram. He altered his usual procedure this time around, stating.
“I did decide to shift my goals a little & focus more on aesthetics/muscle building for this next bulk cycle, rather than strength building (like I was doing before).”
Baltierra remarked,
“I still have a long way to go until I reach my ultimate goal. But I promised myself that I would post more about my fitness journey because It helps keep me accountable & I get questions about it from you guys all the time lol.”
He ended the message by thanking his trainer Jerry Torrez for assisting with his training and nutrition coach Alexis Jean for her nutrition guidance during this most recent cut.

For more than a year, Baltierra has been updating his Instagram followers on his progress with his fitness and health.
He stated in a social media update from June 2021 that his goal was to “grow as much muscle mass as he could with the least amount of fat as possible.”
Similarly, after turning 30 in January, he announced on Instagram that he planned to keep living the same way.

“I turned 30 yesterday & the way I ended the last year of my 20’s is exactly how I’m going to spend the first year of my 30’s — by setting & accomplishing lifelong goals of mine,” he wrote in part. “I’m in a competition to be better, with the ONLY person that I find worthy of competing with…& that’s the man I was yesterday!”
Six months after getting his four-month cut, he provided an update on Instagram in June. In his post, he shared a side-by-side comparison of his appearance between the end of March and June.
The 31-year-old reality star said he was “quite satisfied” with his development.
