A guy in Quora listed out all the alleged plastic surgeries she had done to date.
The first one is her nose, Bella possibly had rhinoplasty, and had her nose tucked in and made it pointed.

Her eyebrows’ shape is changed now, but it is not a surgery, just a makeup technique. Howbeit, some say she had a brow lift.

Bella also had lip fillers. Her lips used to be thin but now they appear to be plump. The lips are not overlined, the shape is fuller now.
Also, her jaw is changed. She possibly had jaw surgery, making it more like a V line.

Dr. Gary Motykie’s evaluation of her transformation
Dr. Gary, a board-certified plastic surgeon, uploaded a video discussing Bella’s before and after transformation.
Moreover, he said that she had surely undergone plastic surgery.
Surgeries as such made her look like a person from a different country, not a Filipino.
Gary also confirmed that Poarch had rhinoplasty, upper eyelid surgery, and jawline contouring.
He also said that the TikTok personality may have used lip fillers.

Bella Poarch without makeup
Poarch achieved her beauty influencer status through makeup that mimics the ‘rosy’ red cheeks of an anime character.

In an interview with Vogue, Bella revealed that she was not allowed to wear makeup in school. And that’s why she became so obsessed with it later.
“I went through this really weird phase where I would be uncomfortable taking pictures with fans when I didn’t have my makeup ready and I would later see those pictures online.”
However, she is still happy with how she looks without makeup.
