Toler has two children with her late husband Eric. Details about her kids are few but their names are William and Xavier.

Her son, William Mumford-Toler is an audio engineer in Phoenix, Arizona, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Though Lynn never shared anything about her kids, she shared a throwback snap of her preschooler sons. Also, she captioned it: ‘They’re in their 20’s now and live up the street. Here they are when they needed me for everything. I’ve got the nerve to miss that.’

Eric Mumford had four other sons

Lynn had two kids with Eric, but he also had four other sons, from his first wife.

In a Q&A interview, Toler explained the situation:

‘I have six. Four came when I married my husband, so I have four stepsons and I have two that Eric and I made ourselves.’

She also added, ‘a little woman in a house with big men.’

Divorce Court saved Lynn and Eric’s marriage

Judge Lynn Toler and Eric Mumford married back in 1989, the unison for 33 years. However, their relationship was not perfect throughout, and Lynn claims that Divorce Court saved their marriage.

Talking with HuffPost, she said:

‘By the time we were 19 years into our marriage, he was all day, every day angry and I had lost all confidence in my home.’

Working for Divorce Court, she realized that communication issues and unmet needs stem most from relational issues.

Lynn Toler says I am in a million pieces

On December 23, 2022, Lynn’s husband Eric Mumford passed away. His death’s cause is still unknown, but he died when he was 71 years old.

Lynn took it to her Instagram and featured a photo of the pair with the words, ‘Beautiful Man both inside and out.’
