At the 90th Academy Awards, Sandra walked in the custom-made Louis Vuitton gown, but her fuller cheeks led to accusations that she had cosmetic surgery before the event. She said:

“This past Oscars I was sick and had allergies, but I was like, I’m just going to go. It’s part of my job, and I’m happy to be there. And next day they said, ‘Oh, she has cheek fillers and implants.'”

Though Sandra confessed that she didn’t have face fillers, people find it hard to believe it was due to some kind of allergies.

They still claim that she used to and is using fillers to make her wrinkles go away.
